“Our goal to give extraordinary experiences to as many people as possible arose from an idealistic concept,” says Edi Schmöller, managing director of kletterpark.com. Apart from building climbing parks and high ropes courses in wooded areas and using modular systems, he also operates the Waldbad Anif forest adventure park, his own reference facility in the south of Salzburg. Schmöller, an experienced experiential educator, offers not only outdoor fun for everyone, but also team trainings, management and communication development in his adventure park, as well as special-needs challenges in schools and educational institutes. “The know-how I have accumulated in my own business is the perfect basis for continually optimising and perfecting our external construction projects.”

Finding individual solutions

“Being idealists and perfectionists, we strive to find an individual solution for every challenge,” sports scientist Stefan Gatt sums up his approach. Since 1992 he has built more than 40 large parks on three continents and trained most of the operating teams. He has been the head of the E3L training institute for outdoor educators since 1999, and each year he leads a team on an expedition of several weeks to the highest summit of the world! Before and during his studies the outdoor freak completed several sports and pedagogical training courses (state-approved mountain and ski guide, recreation coordinator, climbing instructor, etc.) and has also received training in the fields of coaching, training and organisation development over the years.
